As the founder of KRD International, Keandra consults with organizations on performance, well-being, professional development, engagement, diversity, and dynamic leadership strategies.

Her specialty is helping professional women of color actualize their inherent talents, and purpose. This is facilitated through coaching and programs that provide the tools to transition from a state of overwhelm into significance in life and career.

After overcoming challenges of her own, Keandra was able to see the need among corporate women of color to have a safe space to heal and grow. Repression at home and in the workplace is often associated with strength and character. This behavior often leads to serious health issues, fractures in relationships, and a lack of fulfillment in career. This realization launched Keandra into designing her signature event, “Surrender Sessions”, which she hosts quarterly for women of the like.

Keandra holds a PHR certification and Coaching certifications from the Association of Talent Development, and Certified Coaches Federation. With over 15 years of Human Resources experience.

Keandra has volunteered and mentors with many non-profit organizations such as International Black Women’s Public Policy Institute, America’s Job Center of California, Boys and Girls Club, and Dream Center. She is a trainer for The Soulful Coaching Academy, where entrepreneurs receive business and life coach certification.

This retreat leader, speaker, world traveler, and spa enthusiast holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis, and a Master's degree from California State University at Northridge.

Keandra Doss is utterly passionate about her work. Keandra owns her story, which is one of growth and change, and she truly inspires her audience to move forward in their own lives. Keandra is truly passionate about helping people accept all aspects of themselves and she offers great tools to achieve this.
