I’m Keandra Doss, founder of KRD International. My career started in civil engineering and surveying firms, where I saw technical experts promoted into leadership with no preparation. Later, I supported 30 skilled nursing facilities and learned what frontline care work demands.
Today I work with owners and operators who carry a lot. I bring HR systems, manager development, and coaching that help teams hold together as they grow. I’m a PHR, an ATD Certified Coach, and I hold an MPA.
